Welcome to a Rebirthing Breathwork group session Through a somatic experience that bypasses the thinking mind, rebirthing breathwork allows us to release emotional blockages from the body, gain mental clarity, and access a more sensitive, heart-connected version of ourselves. ✅ What you might experience during a session: • A sense of increased vitality and aliveness • A softening of the heart and deeper emotional connection • Release of stored tension or limiting patterns • A greater sense of presence and inner clarity • Renewed openness to life, joy, and pleasure No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to explore. 👥 Group size: Limited to 10 It's recommended not to eat for at least one hour before the session
