How Crazy GAKKO handles information across the platform.
Our role and independent providers
Crazy GAKKO publishes information, markets offers and refers visitors to independent providers. We do not ourselves operate the advertised events or provide the listed accommodation, rentals, transport, wellness or other third-party services. Each provider is responsible for its own service and for personal information it receives directly. Crazy GAKKO remains responsible for personal information collected on this site and for its own actions under applicable law.
Contact and referral enquiries
When you send a contact message, we collect the name, email address, topic and message you provide, along with the page address and language, to handle and reply to your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply. If you ask us to coordinate an offer from an independent provider, relevant details you choose to provide may be shared with that provider for this purpose. You can use Contact to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by Crazy GAKKO, subject to applicable law.
Identity data and account deletion
Crazy GAKKO uses verified identity data for account creation, preferences, authorization and security. Users may request deletion of their Crazy GAKKO profile through Contact. Crazy GAKKO does not store Google or OpenAI passwords, Google client credentials or raw identity tokens.
Google account identity
Sign in with Google may provide a verified email address, name, avatar and Google stable account identifier. These details link the same verified email to one Crazy GAKKO account. Google does not endorse Crazy GAKKO.
ChatGPT account identity
When you choose Sign in with ChatGPT, Crazy GAKKO may receive your authenticated email address and, when available, your full name. We use these details only for account identity and server-side authorization.
Device preferences
Language, destination and saved-event preferences may be stored in this browser so the experience remains consistent. Administrator authorization is never stored in the browser.
Website measurement
Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and clicks on service buttons to help us improve the site. It uses first-party cookies and pseudonymous browser identifiers. Our tracking does not send WhatsApp message text, rental-request details, contact-form contents or account identity to Analytics. A WhatsApp click is measured as a click, not a confirmed booking. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We honor the browser Do Not Track setting for this measurement.
External links
Official WhatsApp invites and clearly marked provider links open external services governed by their own privacy terms. If you choose to send a WhatsApp message, you review it before sending; WhatsApp and the recipient process the information under their own policies.
