Terms
Terms for using the Crazy GAKKO discovery and community platform.
Independent identity providers
Google and ChatGPT are independent sign-in options. Using either provider does not imply endorsement of Crazy GAKKO by Google or OpenAI.
Platform role and third-party services
Crazy GAKKO publishes a discovery guide, markets offers and refers visitors to independent providers. Unless expressly identified as a Crazy GAKKO service, the advertised events, accommodation, vehicle rentals, transport, wellness and other listed services are offered and performed by those providers, who set their availability, prices, service conditions and cancellation terms and are responsible for performing their services. Check the identity of the contracting and payment party, and the final terms, before making a booking or payment. Crazy GAKKO does not guarantee a provider's performance or the accuracy of changing third-party details. This does not limit responsibility for Crazy GAKKO's own actions or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Advertising enquiries and payments
The published event packages are available for a manual quote request. Sending an enquiry does not purchase a package or approve an event. No payment is processed on this site. Before payment, obtain written confirmation of included occurrences, billing and credit-deduction timing, and rejection or cancellation terms.
