WHAT IS ZOUK? Zouk is a sensual, flowing partner dance that connects mind, body, and soul. Born in Brazil, it invites presence, expression, and emotional release through gentle, wave-like movements. It's not just danced-it's felt. LEADING AND FOLLOWING Zouk is a dance of trust and harmony. The lead offers direction; the follow responds with intuition. It's a balance of energies, co-creating movement through connection-not control. OUR COMMUNITY Our Zouk Island community in Koh Phangan is growing-and you're invited! Every Tuesday at 18:30, we offer a beginner-friendly class, followed by a joyful social dance until 23:30.
