A strong, breath-led and intelligently sequenced Vinyasa practice, rooted in yogic philosophy and embodied awareness. Creative Vinyasa brings together the structure and discipline of traditional yoga with space for creativity, curiosity and contemporary understanding of the body. Expect dynamic, creative sequencing alongside pranayama, meditation and philosophy woven throughout. An invitation not simply to make shapes, but to explore how we move, breathe, pay attention and meet ourselves on the mat. Suitable for different levels, with options and modifications offered throughout. Some previous yoga experience is recommended. Led by Fern, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and teacher trainer with over a decade of experience. Her approach draws from Vinyasa, traditional Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, myofascial and somatic practice, weaving ancient teachings with contemporary understanding. Make life sacred ✨
