Private & Small Group Yoga Ever felt lost or self-conscious in a crowded yoga class? Or maybe you just have a busy schedule and prefer to practice in the privacy of your own home. Either way, private sessions give you my full attention, tailored to you. Private, One-to-One 60 or 90 minutes, at your home, villa, or a private location on Koh Phangan. Props provided if needed. One session often teaches more about alignment than six months of group classes. Small Groups Morning flow for a few friends, or a custom experience like a candlelit yin or yoga Nidra practice for a special occasion.. About me Hi, I'm Nola and am blessed to say I've been teaching yoga for 17 years. I love working with students one to one, as it's the space we can really slow down and support you exactly where you are. Feel free to reach out with questions.
