Vital Energy: Sensing, Balancing, Flowing

What if energy is not something you have to believe in, but something you can actually feel? This experiential workshop series is an invitation to explore your own energy, learn to sense and distinguish subtle changes, and discover how to work with them - within yourself and in connection with another person. Through guided meditation, breath, movement, touch and no-touch practices, and paired exercises, we'll explore how energy moves, where it gets blocked, how to regulate and balance it, and how our awareness can support wellbeing. The journey moves from feeling energy, to dealing with it consciously, to using this awareness for healing - both for yourself and in energetic work with another person. The workshop is offered as a series of 4-5 sessions of 2.5 hours each. Joining from the beginning is recommended, as each session builds on the previous one.
