Take a pause in the middle of the week and gift yourself an hour of deep rest. You'll be gently immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong, inviting your body and mind to soften, unwind, and reset. 📅 Wednesday, August 19 🕔 5:00-6:00 PM (Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.) Come into the space however feels good for you. Get cozy on the floor, cuddle up and receive, or give yourself room to stretch into some gentle yin postures. Space is a little tight, so cuddling with friends is absolutely welcome. 💜 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable. 💜 By donation - give whatever feels right and accessible for you. Please note: This is a closed container. No late entry will be allowed once the session begins. 🙏 Please let me know if you're coming so I can get an idea of numbers and make sure we're comfortable with the space and capacity.
