Four Hands Meridian Therapy + Reiki + Reflexology

🌀During the Four Hands Meridian Therapy and Reiki experience, we will work on the 26 main reflex points of both feet, combining this bodywork with Reiki to deepen the connection between body, energy and presence. 🦶Reflexology works with reflex points in the feet that are connected to different organs, structures and systems of the body - including the head, spine, chest, digestive, urinary, endocrine and lymphatic systems. Stimulating these points is intended to support the body's natural relaxation response and promote balance in the areas they correspond to, while also releasing tension, encouraging circulation and enhancing overall physical wellbeing. ⏳The session takes up to 90 minutes. *Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
