Settle into the warmth of candlelight and allow the sounds of singing bowls, gong and other healing instruments to guide you into a deeply relaxed state. This is a space to pause, breathe and simply receive. What you may experience Deep relaxation and release of physical tension A quieter and calmer mind A sense of emotional ease and inner balance A deeper connection with your body A peaceful state to prepare for restful sleep No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
