Four Hands Meridian Therapy + Reiki + Reflexology

🌀During the Four Hands Meridian Therapy, Reiki and reflexology experience, we will work on the 26 main reflex points of both feet, combining this bodywork with Reiki and Meridian Chinese digipuncture to deepen the connection between body, energy and presence. Two facilitators work together to support the body's natural balance, encourage the free flow of energy and enhance the autohealing nervous system mechanism. 🦶Reflexology works with reflex points in the feet that are connected to different organs, structures and systems of the body - including the head, spine, chest, digestive, urinary, endocrine and lymphatic systems. Stimulating these points is intended to support the body's natural relaxation response and promote balance in the areas they correspond to, while also releasing tension, encouraging circulation and enhancing overall physical wellbeing. ⏳The session takes up to 90 minutes. *Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
