Licence and insurance come first

The five-minute pickup inspection

Road conditions change quickly

A scooter is not automatically the cheapest or most practical option once passengers, luggage, rain, night travel and lack of experience are considered. Compare the complete trip: a car can suit a family or heavier luggage, while a taxi removes the need to self-drive after a party or on an unfamiliar route.
