Event detailsThe format varies with the facilitator
A cacao ceremony may include drinking cacao, setting an intention, music, quiet reflection or sharing. It is not a standardized activity. Ask whether the event also includes movement or breathwork and whether each part is optional.
Cacao and kirtan at Orion
An organizer ticket page documents a combined cacao and kirtan gathering at Orion in May 2026. This supports a local example of the format, not a current price or date. Follow the current catalog and the organizer’s announcements for new occurrences.
Ingredients and the option to join without drinking
Ask for the actual ingredients rather than assuming ceremonial cacao describes a fixed recipe. If you have allergies, take medication or have dietary or health concerns, discuss the ingredients with an appropriate professional. Ask whether you can join the music and reflection without consuming the drink. No medical benefit is promised by this guide.
