Excited to announce a new daytime class + jam for contact improvisation on the island, at Arcana! With space to connect after for dinner, or sauna. 🙌 WEDNESDAYS CONTACT IMPROV CLASS + JAM ✨ September 2 📍 Arcana ⏰ 15:00 - 16:00 | Beginners Class ⏰ 16:00 - 18:00 | Open Jam 💚 400 just jam or class • 500 for both CLASS THEME Mindfulness in Contact Improvisation Buddhist meditation greatly influenced the origins of contact improvisation. We will begin with standing and walking meditation into soft partner score. Followed by an open jam for dancers to play together. DETAILS ⏰ Arrive 10 minutes early. Class begins promptly.
