The Kundalini Meditation is a dynamic form of meditation developed by the famous Indian spiritual master Osho especially for the modern world, where many people have difficulties to sit still and reach the depths of meditation. To prepare our bodies to sit in stillness, we need to move them first. The first two stages help to move stagnant energy transforming it into bliss and joy. The last two stages in stillness enable all accumulated energy to flow vertically and upwards to remove any present obstacles. The different stages of this meditation are also designed to activate kundalini energy; our primal life-force coiled at the base of the spine. When kundalini rises, consciousness expands with it. When awakened, it can purify and transform physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages. Let's allow our feminine life force to rise 💃🏼⚜️
