In this Tantra class, we will explore trust through the body and through intimate connection with another. Moving beyond the mind, we create space to feel what happens when control begins to soften and the body is allowed to surrender. Join us for an intimate exploration of trust, surrender and connection. In a safe space, we will explore the places where we hold back, where we struggle to receive, and where we keep ourselves in control even when a part of us longs to let go. This is an invitation to reconnect with your body, open to genuine human connection, and experience surrender allowing life to move through you. No previous Tantra experience is needed.
