We have our own version of Samma Karuna So Ham. This system is specifically designed to open the 3rd chakra. The goal is to allow energy to reach the heart and relax your nervous system. After the class we give you 20 min. short version of guiding meditation record. You can take it with you and using this simple excellent technique all your life.
