YOUR VOICE IS THE WAY HOME A One-Day Vocal Liberation Experience What if your voice could become the way back to yourself? A full-day immersive Vocal Liberation experience to release what you've been holding and reclaim the freedom to fully express who you are. Together we'll explore breath, sound, movement, vocal release, emotional expression, speaking your truth and embodied communication. You'll be invited to let go of shame, self-censorship, fear of judgment, people-pleasing, suppressed emotions, the need to be "good," and making yourself smaller. Here we make space for freedom, confidence, presence, emotional release, authentic expression, deeper embodiment, courage and the unapologetic power of being heard.
