Sangha Rising is a morning gathering that combines movement, breathwork, mantra meditation, and sound healing to help you reconnect with yourself before the day begins. Sangha means community, a gathering of people united through shared spiritual practice. Together, we cultivate stillness, joy, and a deeper sense of wholeness through embodied practice and collective intention. Doors open 30 minutes before the listed start. Arrive with time to settle, bring water, and help us care for the people and place around you.
