This 1:1 session is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore what's alive within you - through movement, creative expression, embodiment and conversation. Your creative process becomes a dialogue with your inner Self, and your work of art becomes your mirror, messenger and compass. Maybe you have an idea that wants to take shape, you're moving through a transition, or you want to release or create something. Or perhaps you simply want to reconnect with yourself again.
