A group family constellation session is a therapeutic process where participants explore hidden family dynamics and unresolved issues. One person (the seeker) presents a personal issue, and the facilitator selects group members to represent family members or key elements. These representatives intuitively connect to the family system, revealing unconscious patterns and emotional entanglements. Through guided movements and statements, the facilitator helps restore balance and understanding. The process often brings deep insights, emotional release, and a sense of resolution for both the seeker and observers.
