Then, as your voice guide walks you inward, Reiki flows simultaneously - working through your body while your mind is gently led through the exact themes you need to meet right now. The result isn't just relaxation. It's presence with yourself, held and supported, while the real work - the release, the shift, the insight - happens on its own, guided by intention and energy at the same time. This is not a one-size-fits-all recording. This is your meditation, your healing, your moment - delivered with the full attention of two practices working in harmony.
