The tradition is based on the Five Points of Yoga: Proper Exercise, Proper Breathing, Proper Relaxation, Proper Diet, and Positive Thinking & Meditation. A typical class begins with relaxation or meditation, followed by Pranayama, Classical Surya Namaskar, and the 12 foundational asanas. This carefully structured sequence systematically strengthens, stretches, and restores the body while cultivating focus, vitality, and inner awareness.
