TRE with Filipp - Heal Through the Body Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, developed by Dr. David Berceli, is a somatic practice that uses natural, neurogenic tremors to release deep stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body. I'm Fil - an athlete since childhood with a background in sports and medical studies. After surviving deep trauma and years of inner struggle, I discovered TRE® - and it changed everything.
