6 Senses: Tantric Practice of Presence

This is unique sensual workshop can elevate sensory experiences into path for deeper self-awareness. In Tantric philosophy the senses are gateways to spiritual understanding and awakening. Sensitivity is the range of channels through which we meet the world. As children, we're wide open-taking everything in. But over time, many of those channels close, until we can stand in the rain and barely feel it, or eat without tasting. The more open we remain, the more life we can actually experience-seeing, hearing, and feeling more within the same 24 hours. Slow down. Melt into presence. Step into a curious exploration of the senses - taste, smell, touch, sight, hearing and body intuition. We dive very deeply into one sense at a time (like tasting the snacks, smelling the oils, etc) in a certain order. For energy balance, please, RSVP before 4 pm. Entry by registration only. Come alone or with a partner. It is our own journey of sensation.
