Inquiry: Who Am I? This week's inquiry is into our self, our true nature. Who am I, really? - beneath the habits, the masks.... How do I know myself? Can I embody what I know? The inquiry is not theoretical, based on what we think or have been told. We are looking into our present-moment experience of ourselves, and communicating that to a partner. You will find your own answers, and your partner will simply listen, without judgment, comment, or interruption. It's a refreshing deep-dive into your inner world. When in the listening role, you will experience how you can support someone just with your presence and vulnerability. What to expect: more connection with yourself and your inner knowing.
