Join our energising indoor cycling class designed to strengthen your body, improve cardiovascular fitness, and clear your mind. This structured ride blends steady climbs, controlled sprints, and focused pacing to deliver a full-body workout that challenges you without overwhelming your system. Each session is guided with clear coaching on breath, technique, and rhythm, helping you build confidence and endurance at your own pace. Whether you are brand new to indoor cycling or already active, this class is scalable for all fitness levels. You'll leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and grounded. Come 15 minutes early to check in, set up your bike, and take part in a brief introduction if it's your first time. Bikes are first come, first served. Doors close at the start of class.

Doors open 30 minutes before the listed start. Arrive with time to settle, bring water, and help us care for the people and place around you.
