Pilates Core and Abs

Hi, I'm Michal Barkan ♥️ I've been teaching Pilates for the past 9 years, and most of all - I'm someone who truly breathes and lives movement. For me, Pilates is so much more than a workout. It's a way to connect with your body, get stronger, move better and simply feel good in your body. In my classes, we focus on the core, posture, breathing, controlled movement, and strengthening the small and deep muscles of the body - with challenge, good energy and lots of love. And what can you expect from my classes? Breathing, lengthening, challenge, a little struggle, burning abs 🔥, sweat, smiles, fun, a little Shavasana and lots of love.
