A gentle and immersive evening sound healing experience to help you slow down, release the day, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. Settle into the warmth of candlelight and allow the sounds of singing bowls, gong and other healing instruments to guide you into a deeply relaxed state. This is a space to pause, breathe and simply receive. What you may experience Deep relaxation and release of physical tension A quieter and calmer mind A sense of emotional ease and inner balance A deeper connection with your body A peaceful state to prepare for restful sleep No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
