Family Constellation Workshop ✨ A guided space to explore what's on your heart - work, relationships, purpose, or anything that's calling you. We'll choose a theme together, then work in pairs - a 30-min session each to connect with this energy and discover what it holds for you, and what you hold for it. Together we create a living map of a personal pattern (conflict, grief, guilt, feeling stuck) so you can see what's really underneath. ✨ Understand repeated patterns ✨ See the family story behind the issue ✨ Gain clarity in relationships ✨ Explore what may be holding you back ✨ A safe guided process for emotional insight ✨ A new way to look at family, belonging, and personal freedom My name is Amit and I am a holistic psychotherapist, working with trilotherapy, IFS and Family constellation to bring about a more meaningful and joyful life ✨ I invite you to this space to receive what the intelligent field wants you to experience
