Flow into your Sunday with an energizing and grounding class in our open-air beach shala. Surrounded by ocean breeze and the sound of the waves, this class invites you to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Expect a creative, well-rounded flow that builds strength, increases flexibility, and supports ease in the hips, sides, and hamstrings. With space to explore movement and rest when needed, this practice is suitable for all levels and offers the perfect balance of vitality and relaxation. Then, while you rest, I place Tibetan bowls on or near your body. The bowls create vibrations that travel through your facias, relaxing muscles. You don't have to do anything - just lie down and receive. 🌴 All levels welcome 🌴 Drop in and flow by the sea
