Feminine Embodiment is a class where we are blessed to spend an entire hour in devotion, love, and presence with our female body. In this offering, we use the combination of awareness, breath, sound, movement, and touch, directed specifically towards the female body. This grounds in a connection with your female body from the inside out, which cultivates a new relationship with your body and sensuality. ❤ What to expect? ❤ At the beginning of the class, we will orient you and share about the class, always giving you full permission to listen to and follow your own body's "yes's" and "no's". We'll then have a brief round of check-ins with those present (you can always pass), and from there go into the guided practice and final relaxation. ❤ Bring: 1 sarong & cash payment Please arrive 10 - 20 minutes early so you have time to be relaxed and settle in Come exactly as you are! These classes are for complete beginners and also women with existing embodiment & sensual self-care practices.

Doors open 30 minutes before the listed start. Arrive with time to settle, bring water, and help us care for the people and place around you.
