About this event

Today will be a preparation and basic intro class for the Standard Awaken Through movement Session. We will work gently through our body will less footwork and impact on the floor. As well we will pay more attention to the upper body. (An invitation to move beyond your perceived limits. Through movement, awareness, and exploration, we reconnect mind and body, awaken presence, and build trust in ourselves. By letting go of control, we discover greater balance, confidence, and freedom. Guided by the energy and rhythm of dubstep and trap music, this is a space to feel, explore, and expand-to move with conviction, connect more deeply with yourself, and discover states of being you've never experienced before. Coming late is better than never. Come curious. Move freely. Awaken your potential.)

Doors open 30 minutes before the listed start. Arrive with time to settle, bring water, and help us care for the people and place around you.
