A few days at Wonderland: is it your kind of stay?

Solo or together, new to yoga or already practising: how to find your pace, enjoy the time between sessions and decide whether a few days at Wonderland suit your trip.

Give the days room to connect

A Koh Phangan trip can fill up quickly. A beach in the morning, a meal across the island, another plan for the evening. There is pleasure in that freedom. There is also a different possibility: choose one place for a while, unpack, and give yourself fewer decisions to make.

That is the appeal of a residential retreat at Wonderland. Practice, food and somewhere to rest sit within the same setting. The value of staying several days is partly in the continuity: a second morning to try again, a familiar space, a conversation that can continue tomorrow.

Coming solo or as a couple

Arriving solo gives you natural ways to meet people: a class, a shared meal or a conversation by the pool. Seeing the same faces over several days lets those encounters develop at an unhurried pace.

Couples and friends can share meals and time together while choosing different classes. It helps to talk about what each person wants from the stay and leave room for both shared plans and personal time.

Choosing classes, even for your first retreat

The daily programme brings together yoga, meditation, movement, breathwork and sound. Start with one class that interests you, check its level with the team and leave time afterwards to decide what you would like to try next.

You do not need to arrive with a packed personal timetable. Look at the current programme, check the level and registration details, and choose a pace that leaves you space to enjoy the stay. Rest can have a place in the day too.

The retreat continues between sessions

Some of a retreat’s most appealing moments are the ordinary ones: time for a meal, a walk through the grounds, sitting by the pool. At Wonderland, the plant-based kitchen and the shared spaces are part of the setting for those pauses.

Accommodation, yoga, workshops and vegan meals come together in one stay. Choose your room, share your dates with Maya and let the daily programme give your days a gentle rhythm.

Fitting Wonderland into your island trip

A stay at Wonderland suits days when you want practice, regular meals and time to rest in one setting. Look at your island plans and choose a stretch when you can enjoy the centre without filling every day with trips elsewhere.

For a personal treatment or fasting, speak directly with the Wonderland team. These are arranged separately from accommodation, with the details and timing agreed with the centre.

Make space for the stay that suits you

Wonderland may suit a solo trip, time together as a couple, or a quieter chapter within a longer journey. Start with what you want from those days: a gentle introduction, a regular practice, or a week with a particular focus.

Once you have an idea of the stay you want, open the main Wonderland page to explore the accommodation. Use its availability form to choose dates and guest numbers and send Maya your enquiry. Treatments and fasting are arranged directly with Wonderland.
